We only collect personal information that you give us directly:

• Name, email, phone number, and the message you send when contacting us by email or WhatsApp.
• Basic technical information that the server automatically logs when you visit (IP address, browser type, pages viewed). This is used for security and to keep the site running.

We do not collect sensitive health or patient information through this website.

We use the information you send us to reply to your enquiry, to provide product or technical information, and to maintain a working business relationship. We do not use it for marketing or profiling, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

When you contact us by email or WhatsApp, your message is handled by the corresponding mail or messaging provider you choose to use, under their own terms. Our website is hosted on Vercel, which holds standard server logs as described above.

We keep enquiry messages for as long as is reasonably needed to respond to you and to handle any follow-up. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes and then deleted in the normal course of operations.

Under the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017, you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, and to ask us to delete it where we no longer have a reason to keep it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at vik@visionmedical.life. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your request, you can complain to the Mauritius Data Protection Office.

If we update this policy we will change the "Last reviewed" date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
